These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Pulpoo platform, including our web dashboard, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pulpoo, Inc. ("Pulpoo", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, Pulpoo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Service, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the Service. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of Pulpoo.
Your account and content
The Service stores and processes personal data and content that you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You retain ownership of the content you submit and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and process it through the Service, including any messages exchanged via connected business messaging integrations.
Changes and pricing
Pulpoo is committed to keeping the Service as beneficial and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the Service or to charge for the Service at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Service will be communicated to you clearly before they apply.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. By using the Service you also agree to the applicable terms of those providers, including:
- WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
- Google Terms of Service.
- Stripe Services Agreement.
- Sentry Terms of Service.
- Expo Terms of Service.

Connectivity and availability
Some functions of the Service require an active internet connection, whether Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network. Pulpoo cannot be held responsible if the Service does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance. If you use the Service outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply and you may incur data or roaming charges, for which you are responsible. If you are not the bill payer for the device you use, we assume you have obtained the bill payer's permission.
AI-generated content
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to draft messages, answer conversations, schedule appointments, and automate workflows on your behalf. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for the configuration of your assistants and for the communications sent from your accounts, and you should review AI behavior for your use case. AI output does not constitute professional, legal, or pricing advice from Pulpoo.
Your customers and messaging consent
When you use the Service to communicate with your own customers (for example over WhatsApp), you are responsible for having the right to contact them: obtaining any required consents and opt-ins, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable messaging, marketing, and data protection laws and with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Personal data we process on your behalf is handled per our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page, and deleted per your agreement and our Data Deletion Instructions.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to keep it accurate and up to date, we rely in part on third parties to provide information made available through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulpoo accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the functionality of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulpoo, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of third-party terms that apply to integrations you enable (including Meta and WhatsApp policies).
Updates and termination
We may update the Service from time to time. Requirements for the operating systems the Service supports may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using it. We do not guarantee that we will always update the Service to remain compatible with your device. We may also cease providing the Service or terminate your use of it. Upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms end; and (b) you must stop using the Service and, where applicable, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms
We may periodically update these Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and revising the "last updated" date above.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of the country where you reside.
